XKCD, because that's the way I know such communities to work. I was once asked to be involved with "erstwhilehankypants.com" after the phrase, which appeared in one of my masterful works, delighted a reader enough to suggest the enterprise. Don't ask.

Maybe if I knew the OTH characters it would be different, but without knowing them I didn't find them funny at all. So XKCD by default.
