I love Continental Airlines customer support

I'm very impressed with the Continenetla Airlines web site and their customer support. Their web site lets me do just about anything I want, from frequent-flyer related things to regular travel (I can now even do my gate check-in from there!). Their customer support has always been very helpful. They work together well. There are some error conditions on the web site that print out, "Call 1-800-.... and give them code _____ and they'll fix the problem." Pretty cool.
