I actually disagreed with that bit... if one doesn't like a sexual act, one shouldn't need to perform it. Even if one is having the same act done to onesself.

Let's say that I like receiving cunnilingus and don't much like giving it. Well, my girlfriend should only be going down on me in the first place if it's an act that she gets something out of - either because she enjoys giving it, or because she enjoys seeing me receive it. If it's something that's truly aversive to her, I'd rather she not do it. By that light, I am not obligated to return the favor if it's not something I enjoy doing, because presumably she got something out of giving it in the first place.
