I've been thinking about strange songs and when I remember enough lyrics, finding/buying them on iTunes Music Store.

Today I bought Danger! High Voltage and yesterday I bought two great songs that I remember from when I was very little listening to the albums by older brothers and sisters had (both by The Tom Tom Club): Genius of Love and Wordy Rappinghood.

If I don't deactivate my iTunes Music Store membership the addiction may continue with Ballroom Blitz and Love Is Like Oxygen.

None of these seem particularly odd to me. I own both Tom Tom Club CDs, and the other two are pretty standard 80s fare.

What makes a song weird? None of those seem particularly weird to me, but it is obviously a subjective thing.

I have The Best of Sweet.
In addition to Ballroom Blitz & Love is Like Oxygen (the reasons I bought the album), you also get Little Willy & Fox on the Run.
I usually follow Sweet with some Garry Glitter (I have that greatest hits album, too).
