Alan Dershowitz says, "Speak the truth about Justice Rehnquist"

Personally, the first time I ever heard the guy’s name was in college when at folk singer sang a long about “Just Us” Rehnquist... about how he didn’t care about anyone but “Just Us” and always ruled in favor of the rich.

Alan’s article tells about how terrible this man was... and not just while on the court.

I think it's ironic that he actually made two good decisions (albeit in the minority) towards the end -- he voted against letting that Connecticut town use eminent domain to seize housing for a commercial developer, and he voted in favor of medical marijuana.
