Looking to hire Unix/Windows server person in London

Hey folks! The people that read my LJ know all the best and brightest, but do you know people in London, England?

I need to hire a Unix server admin (Mac OS X, but Solaris/Linux/BSD is fine) that doesn’t fear Windows servers, or can at least manage windows SAs that work for/with you. I’m looking for a mini-me to run the show in our London office, but to quote Han Solo, “Great kid, don’t get cocky.”

Well, I am actively seeking new opportunities.
I.e., I've left the Tanking Telco and I'm looking for a new job that doesn't suck.
I'm Windows-sysadmin-compatible. This is being typed on a Mac.
