Bush's Vision

When he was running for president in 2000, Bush went to the other extreme — choosing three or four simple statements in lieu of a real agenda and refusing to deviate from that script no matter what issue was being discussed. Now, after four years in the White House and with the election just months away, Bush has failed to present any vision at all for his second term.

And what could his plan possibly be? For the past four years, Bush's ideology has failed him again and again. He's surrounded by the same old team and is far too stubborn to be able to see where he's gone wrong.
