Thanks, I just posted the link to That Mailing List, as it dovetailed nicely with a thread of a couple of days ago.

I've always thought the man seemed drugged to the gills, myself. Ever noticed how his affect never changes in any public appearance? His face is never expressive, and he always speaks in a monotone. He gives me the creeps.
