I don't think there is a sequel planned for Office Space (one of my favorite all-time movies) but if they want my suggestion, here's what the plot should be:
A guy is wronged by a major corporation (possibly a big insurance company). To get revenge, he gets hired as a manager at the company and manages a very high-profile project into the ground.
I think of that plot every time I remember what a friend said about her dealings with Prudential as an employee. I think her manager was the guy.

You've never worked for an insurance company, have you?

Agreed. The person would need to be a lot bigger than a manager. Projects nose-dive all the time. Insurance companies have continuous project churn. Maybe the CFO?

Or -- Maybe the wronged person could be the lead developer for their actuarial system?

Only problem is: company may not be blamed for manager's failure, and besides most companies have mucho experience with managers who fail.

Depending on the level of managment, someone who fails in a high-profile project will likely land on their feet either through cronyism or moving to another company. And the company in question will not be seriously affected. (Ever see Disclosure? I had a nagging feeling at the end of the movie that Demi's character was likely to handle being fired quite handily, and possibly show up in a competitor's company)

Now if it's at a really top level, it may end up as an Enron. But that's already had a movie treatment (ok a TV movie treatment).
