I don't think libertarians will laugh. I think they'll argue that they're not pets, though I think the comparison is still very apt. We are not wild beasts who know how to forage. We are civilized beasts who know how to schmooze.
Eh, it's more nasty than funny. And the fish has a point; the filter is only needed because they are imprisoned in a tank.
