DNS/DHCP generation script needs a name
Dec. 12th, 2003 11:49 amI have a system that takes a database of IP addresses, hostnames and MAC addresses and builds:
1. Your DNS configuration files.
2. Your DHCP configuration files.
3. Your DNS zones for your external DNS servers (i.e. hides hosts that you don't want to expose)
It works great. Really great. Good enough to submit to the LISA 2004 conference.
However, I don't have a good name for it. I was trying to find a TMBG or Babylon5 reference to name it after, but there's no cheese down that hole.
Suggestions?
