OMG! Obama won! Holy fucking shit I'm happy! Best year ever!
(Ok, that wasn't much of a review. However, it did compensate for ANY bad things this year. If you want a cool pictorial review, check out this post by abillings. It's rather well done. )
I was wearing one of my Obama shirts again yesterday basically as an end-of-year shirt for the reason you mention and because it had a big "08" on it, and a grocery-store cashier said something like "Looks like Obama might be elected" to me.
