Date: 2008-12-12 08:55 pm (UTC)But I don't want to spend the same as Canada. I want to pay what we currently pay so we don't have shortages. Don't worry; I'm not afraid that Canada's system sucks. I think a happy medium would be a Canada-STYLE system but where we spend, per capita, what we're currently spending. That could reduce the slope of the curve which shows spending rising each year.
