McCain plans "exciting" tv advert tonight
Aug. 28th, 2008 04:24 pmEveryone is abuzz about McCain claiming to have an exciting TV advert planned for tonight.
Imagine if on the day that MLK, Jr. made his famous “I have a dream!” speech, a group that opposed the Civil Rights Act took out TV advertisements to distract everyone away from MLK, Jr? Ok, I know that’s an exaggeration, but it feels so dirty.
My prediction? He’ll use a TV advert to announce his running mate. (Not really... I’m just saying that so that if it is that crazy, I can say I predicted it.)

Date: 2008-08-28 09:01 pm (UTC)My prediction of record: Romney. Furthermore, the McCain-Romney ticket will be riven with internecine strife, and the straight talk express will jump the rails and careen into the valley below. Or, at least, they'll go back to their usual un-coordinated campaign strategies.
