I'm not retiring

Today during a meeting my boss mentioned that “Tom *mumble* is retiring... going to spend a lot of time fishing”. I wasn’t at the meeting, but an hour later I start getting IMs asking questions about my plans for fishing. I, being ignorant of the situation, am answering them with answers that just happened to make sense to them. Comedy ensued.
I’m not retiring. Make a note.

Me either. In fact, I actually list my job title as sysadmin now, not software engineer or SCM specialist with sysadmin on the side. I still do lots of ClearCase, but I also run our development lab. Hope things are cool at GOOG. I saw several tempting job posts from there but the thought of commuting into the city......
