This guy was an intern at my company. His song, “kill -9” now has a video.

If you know Unix, or Kernel development, or just have an idea what “kill -9” means in Unix, you need to watch this:

Wow maybe I should actually implement an old idea a friend and I came up with... "the dance of the database". :-)

That's so sad and so wonderful, all at the same time.

That lamer thinks thunderbird (slow and crashprone, although featureful) is better than pine (fast and mostly bulletproof).
And modems don't drop packets.

He is not 1337.

But it is pretty funny.

Cute for the explanation of the kill signals, but his technique leaves something to be desired. If you're into Moby Dick, check this out:

Was this the same geeky musician you posted about a while back? I meant to ask you who that was, for the MySQL podcast (www.technocation.org) I do.

Tom, I show this to a co-worker and ever since then he has gone completly ga-ga over it! Even today he printed out the words to the song and is trying to learn it. He sings it to everyone. [Oh what you can do when the boss is out :-) ] But now I am getting blamed for the "monster" I created ;-)

Oh yes, he wants to thank you for posting it...you might even get an email from him.
