18g of protein per bottle soymilk drink.

I had my first one this morning. Wow, it was delicious. I could live on these things. I don't think I've had soy milk in years. This stuff isn't so bad!

6g of fat, 1g saturated fat, 0g trans fat. 25g carbs.

I really like sweetened vanilla soy milk on cereal. Especially Frosted Mini-Wheats.

:) Welcome to the wonderful world of soy. Ever try soy chips? They're yummy too, and not nearly as bad as the usual kind of snacky things.

Ah, odwalla. Stuff so good it drinks like a meal! (stealing the old campbell's chunky soup motto).

Oh, and read the label more closely. That's 2 servings in that there bottle. The 18g of protein is correct (although it says 10g per serving -- yay rounding!) but it's actually 12g fat, 2g saturated, 0g trans fat, 25g carbs. But, 6g of fiber too! which means 19g net carbs for those who care.

Oh, and as a point of comparison. At 150 pounds, if I wanted to lose weight, I could drink exactly 2.5 bottles a day and that would be my caloric intake.
