Potential Party Date

If I was going to have a book-release-and-going-away party on Sat, Jan 7, what conflicts would I be hitting? (party would be in NJ)

What do you suggest Ian wear to his Interview? As for the party date, hopefully you'll avoid a snowstorm.

Comfortable, casual clothes. He's going to be on his feet for 8 hours, he shouldn't be in something uncomfortable like a suit or tie.

Good luck! I'm sure he'll be excellent!

(And have him re-read/skim his old college textbook on advanced datastructures/trees/etc between now and the interview)

Thanks for the advice, he said that information is very helpful. ((now I get to go dig thru stuff we've already packed.)) I hope he does well, it would be a great change for him.
