88000 frequent flyer miles

yesthattomAfter my next trip I will have about 88,000 frequent flyer miles on United Airlines.
Here's how I can use them:
Round-Trip tickets:
25,000 or 40,000 miles -- flight anywhere in the 48 contig states (unrestricted dates/restricted)
35,000 or 60,000 miles -- to hawaii, Puerto Rico
50,000 or 80,000 miles -- Europe
Upgrades:
5,000 or 10,000 miles -- upgrade one class
10,000 or 20,000 miles -- upgrade one class on flights to Europe
I don't have a lot of vacation time. But these points don't expire.
What should I do?
