California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, signed a bill Monday barring tobacco from state prisons.
My question, and I’m being serious here, is what will replace cigarettes as currency in prisons? (I’m serious here! I really wonder about these things!)

Why would it change?

Drugs have been illegal in prison since forever and that hasn't stopped them from being there.

Now the "value" of the currency will just go up (deflation) since there'll be a reduced supply of it.

I guess
