Squeezebox fans

quietchris got a Squeezebox Duet for Christmas. Does anyone have *experience* with a NAS box for it that:

• Uses Wake-On-LAN so that we don't have to worry about powering it up/down
• Talks with the Squeezebox really well

Also, where are the best Squeezebox forums and mailing lists (expecially for people that don't plan on hacking it tooooo much)?
