There should be a LAW!
Sep. 20th, 2004 09:51 pmWhen your CD playing software downloads the track names from some internet database, the year of each track should be entirely accurate. I just bought a 2-disk set of the original raps (including the first rap ever recorded: Rapper’s Delight!) and some of the songs are listed as being the wrong year (at least according to the copyright on the CD jacket).
And the songs aren’t even in chronological order!
There should be a LAW!!!!
(Luckily with iTunes I can edit the years, and even change the track numbers and disc number so that I can pretend the disc was produced like it should be.)
