Is it possible to construct a URl that will show only the protected entries you've posted? (this is for me to view my own protected items)

I want something that lets me view every post I've made on a certain filter. I don't know about such things.
Easy!

Create several new users.
Add one to each friends group filter.
Log in as them.
View your journal.

So you want to view them without authenticating to LJ?
I don't think you can do that without the cookie/session data in the browser.

No, I'll do it from a real browser after I've authenticated. I should have said, "construct a URL", I just mean "get my browser to view it".

Right, but if you read the post, the medical context doesn't make sence. I work in a doctor's office so I always have medical stuff on the brain.
I dunno

Maybe one of the clients supports doing that if you download your journal?
Another option is to list them as memories.
