C and I just watched it together. We were very impressed with their ability to deliver such a positive message by using other people's stories rather than just blathering on.

If you missed it, catch it here:

I actually know someone who was working as one of the tech guys on the making of this video... Apparently they kept having lots of hardware issues, and it was a hellish final week.

I'm continually impressed by the fact that the campaign is overwhelmingly positive, and inspires people to be positive in its wake. There's still negativity all around, but Obama's campaign and many followers are creative and positive in sending their message out.

I just started reading the Audacity of Hope, which has started off (through his prolog to the re-issue and intro to the first publication) by him talking about meeting lots of people across Illinois who all want similar things -- just trying to get through today, this month, this year.

I agree, and hasn't Chris Matthews come over to Obama's camp big-time? After the spot, I really enjoyed his plea for bigots to at least give Michelle and Barack the benefit of being hard-working Americans who have done everything that's asked of them and then some.

I never saw a picture of Barack's mother before. She was so beautiful.
