Looking back at my LJ it seems to have degraded into just a "interesting links I've found" list. That's not what I intended.

But why another forum for it? Do you think if you use another forum, that will open you up to write in your LJ as you had intended?

cos created coslinks for just this reason. He doesn't post a ton to the main journal but coslinks is usually an interesting read. Each link has a sentence or two of commentary.

Is coslinks a community or a user? Is it difficult to post to coslinks because you need to switch users and relog in all the time?
