Date: 2006-03-24 06:31 pm (UTC)Then again, my original theory could be wrong. I find that parents making parenting theory based off of only the data in their own household is incredibly non-useful. Too much genetics in the way, perhaps, and much too little data.
Also, it makes me wonder about myself. I know for a fact that I whined with my mother, because she always gave in, and never with my father, because he never did. And so, I'm mostly pretty liberal, but a bit of a traditionalist in certain things. And do I thank my slightly more conservative father for turning me into the liberal that I am?
