$314 from the government!

yesthattomToday I got a check for $314 and change from the U.S. Treasury. That's $300 plus 14something for interest due to me.
Two weeks I got a letter saying that they've recalculated my tax rate for 2001 and that if there was a change in my taxes, they'd send me a check. This must be the check.
