Google Adverts ROCK

Lately my Google Adsense adverts on www.everythingsysadmin.com have been for SCO. I went to my little control panel at www.google.com/adsense, added scoservice.com to the “I don’t want adverts from these people” list, and in about 10 minutes the advertisement changed.

That rocks!

Hmmm... You forgot to mention the part about having to give them your email address in order to do this. That does not rock. In fact, it's fairly evil.

I think we're talking about different things.

Of course I had to give them my email address. I also had to give them my bank account # so they know were to send the $$$. Or do you think they should just walk by and drop off cash at my house? (But then they'd have to know my address, which they know already. Drat!)

I thought you were talking about a way to banish certain advertisers (sponsored links) from Google results. My fucking ignorance is in regards to the existance and purpose of the Adsense program. I'll read up on it.

BTW, I just now went to your web site and there's an ad for SCO.

Just curious . . . who hosts your web site, and why did you choose them?

everythingsysadmin.com is hosted on my own site. I picked me because I get good service.

bisquish.com is hosted at livingdot.org. They install and upgrade wordpress for free.

I can't f@#$%@ng believe SCO is still in business.

I didn't give Google my bank account number; they send me a paper check. I did give them my tax ID, though, and mailing address.
