Found in an actual “requirements” specification:

All textual interaction presented by [product name] shall be in U.S. English, except that “whilst” will be used, where appropriate, per British English usage.

Whilst I think that is really stupid and pedantic, I do get tempted to over-use the word at work as much as possible.
