My new blog

In addition to my LJ, I've decided that my co-author and I should have a blog that is just technical matters, and news and information about The Practice of System and Network Administration. How does one create favicon.ico files? In particular, how would I turn this image into a favicon.ico?

Update:Hey, folks, let me put it this way. Would someone be willing to turn my book cover into a favicon? I'll trade you, ummm, well, make an offer.
