When I was at Drew University, any time the administration made a decision that hurt students we called it "the Drew Screw". We really need the equivalent for Bush's policies. For example, the way he "lowered" taxes, but because state taxes went up to compensate, people in most states are paying more taxes over-all. "The Bush _____."
