Friday: my Treo 700p fell and broke
Sunday: C and I went out and bought iPhones together

The family plan is cheaper than what we were paying (total) before.

NOTE: We’re getting new phone numbers. I know we could have ported the old ones over, but we wanted phone numbers that matched the area code of our new house. If you want my cell #, email me.

And how long did you wait until you jailbroke your phones? ;-)

So when you were wondering why your phone wasn't getting a signal Saturday night, it was in fact because you had dropped it?

I was surprised you were still sporting the Treo. It's so 2003. Really, the iPhone was your destiny.

Are iPhones tied to a particular network?

w00t! yeah, had I still been having a data plan, the family plan would have been cheaper than 2 data plans singularly for me and Tony (he just got a new phone for his birthday). But I gave it up a few weeks ago as I wasn't doing $40 a month worth of lj and gmail usage.

It's new.... and sort of pricy. There is an activation fee for each new phone, and each new phone costs $27/month (if I recall). I don't know how that compares to other company's plans.

Well, he doesn't have a phone, and was making noises about getting something sometime. Aaaand, CMU is going to have to stop paying for our phones (probaby will do some wacky chargeback thing, stupid IRS) so I'll have to get a new phone anyway, so....

And, dude. iPhone. Shiny!

:)
