BBQ test-run

This was a great weekend. Spent a lot of time with quietchris getting ready for summer. We did a test-run of the BBQ grill (thanks for the donation, mrfantasy and Sher!), and it went just fine. We bought lawn furniture (not all will arrive in time, but at least we have tons of chairs), and gloated at how great our lawn looks now that we’ve paid someone to professionally do a spring cleanup and mow.

So you don't need people to bring chairs then?

I'm with you on the professional lawn service -- when they did our spring cleanup, it looked like a different yard. Worth every penny.

I don't expect people traveling far to bring chairs, but we can aways use a few more for parties. We bought 8 cheap folding chairs plus 4 nice chairs for the patio furniture.

Sadly the furniture that won't arrive in time for Memorial Day weekend is the table and the 2 bouncy chairs. tables and chairs

Glad the grill still works. It's a good grill if you put enough charcoal in it (at least half a big bag is good.) I'm looking forward to seeing you guys as well as our old stuff.
