Of course we can't know just from watching the video, but I don't see anything there that's obviously fake, so I see no reason why it couldn't be real. I wonder, though, what "real" means, and what fake means? For example: - they didn't actually film that - a computer program did it all! - they did actually film that - but it was a pre-set animation, with someone who had practiced matching their hands to it - it was filmed, and interactive as implied - it wasn't filmed, but it was an interactive virtual reality, controlled by a person in real time etc.
There are more possibilities than just "real" and "fake"
