I went to read my friends LJs just now and the first post was rainbear saying grrr! LJ customer support irks me! and the next post was jasra saying, Look at me! LJ just hired me!

Ironic.

(Ok, ok, she got hired by SixPart, which owns LJ. I don’t know if she’ll be working for LJ directly.)

I hope to. But I'll be working on Movable Type support. Here's hoping your LJ support woes get less woeful.
