How to post to a community?

I figured out how to post to the "polyamory" community, but I can't post to the "bisexual" community. Anyone have advise?

You are a member of the polyamory community but not a member of the bisexual community, therefore you can post to the former but not the latter. Contact the maintainer, burgundy@livejournal.com, to join the community.

You are not "a member" of bisexual. In your "member of" line on your User Info, you're a member of "polyamory", but not "bisexual". According to the "bisexual" community info page, it's a closed community, and you have to email the maintainer to join. The community info page gives a link to bi_admin, which says to send email to burgundy at burgundy@livejournal.com .
