Location of the Republican Convention

The next RNC will be in NYC, shortly before Sept 11. There was an excellent Ted Rall or Tom Tomorrow cartoon pointing out how outragious this is. (I think it compared it to having an event about softdrinks at Jonestown, etc.)

I thought I saved it to disk when it was on the web but I can't find it. Anyone else got it?
