Big news: Verbal job offer given and accepted

Those of you that have access to my private blog know that I've been interviewing with a lot of companies, including one that is based in Maryland but has a key office 4 blocks from my house here in NJ. Yesterday I received a verbal job offer for Director of IT at that company. Today I accepted it. This is a really big step up for me, and I'm really looking forward to starting.

That could be good...Ray works in Rockville, MD, so if you want, I could meet you guys somewhere up there. Unfortunately, I don't really know too many restaurants in that area, but Ray might.

Also, if you'd like to stay over on Friday night, we could get the spare room set up for you. That would expand our options since we know more places to eat closer to home.
