Looking for an article

Ack! In the last few months I saw article about how programmers are generally weird (at least to the business types) but that it’s important to let them be weird... they write better code that way.

Anyone have that link? I thought it was a Paul Graham article, but its not on his web site. (Or maybe I just couldn’t find it)

Thanks,

Tom

Do you mean this one: http://www.paulgraham.com/gh.html

I loved that one.

That's a good article, but it isn't the one I'm looking for.

The one I'm looking for mentions how once a startup is doing well they bring in suits to manage things and suits start hiring programmers that aren't weird, and soon the weird ones leave. You evolve to the point where you no longer have anyone good, but the suits are happy because everyone looks like them. The suits can't figure out why nothing gets done or why the software doesn't work well.
