Sell your Tivo stock NOW!

A good indication of a stock suddenly DROPPING is that I buy some of it.

I just bought some shares of Tivo.

For a small fee, I will NOT buy shares of your company.

Do NOT buy FFIV please!

You work for F5? Do you know my friend Frank Wojick?

[identity profile] ninaf.livejournal.com 2005-05-27 09:22 am (UTC)(link)
Yes I do. I have seen his name around but that is about it. He is downstairs and I don't dare go down there!

What do you do at F5?

Frank's a good guy. I used to work with him in NJ (I hired him, actually) and he moved to Seattle and joined F5 about a year or so ago.

Freak him out by going up to him and saying, "Hey! Tom from Jersey says hi!"

I am doing support right now. It is lots of fun and tons of new stuff. I will email him and say that. :)

Of course, if nothing has changed about the fundamentals, that means you should just buy more. If you think something is a good investment at $X, then surely it's an even better investment at <$X.

so do you think tivo's still a good buy (now better buy) or that it's a doomed company *grin*

quick, buy US treasury bonds so the country will go down the tubes! Or not, whichever the case. . .

[identity profile] lilbjorn.livejournal.com 2005-05-27 09:12 am (UTC)(link)
Judging by the exchange rate with the Euro, Tom bought a lot of treasury bonds the day Bush was appointed president.

Sort of.

By the time the dollar stopped dropping, I had finally found a bank that would let me hold my money in euros without requiring a $100,000 minimum deposit. Grrrr...

Well, remember . . . the whole system is rigged in favor of the rich. Because they're the ones who get to make the rules.
